• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• In-Store Returns: Bring your item and proof of purchase to any Mandy Apparel store location.

• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after receiving the return.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase, depending on product availability.

• If the item for exchange is out of stock, we will provide a refund or store credit.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Mandy Apparel will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including initial shipping charges.
Gift Returns
For items received as gifts, please contact us. We offer exchanges or store credits for gift returns. Please provide the original order number or packing slip.
